Fairy violinist enchants Art space
Despite summer temperatures it sounds Vivaldi's "Winter" from the Four Seasons. A. Z. takes the violin and begins to play and move around the room. Some chairs form a circle in the middle, others are at the Wall. Like a ballerinas, she slips between the Metal sculptures by the sculptor Angelika Summa and plays on the hard contrasts behind the fence penned people on the island of Lampedusa, the Akimo immortalized in his pictures. A. Z. sits down like a fairy on a forest floor between three sense spheres from Summa, then energetic dance steps take her whirling around the room. She encourages the visitors to dance and moove with her, makes contact with Akimos with short pizzikati delicate frottage ... and finally, the music of Ysaye spheres rings out from her violin. The audience of art lovers is enchanted, calling performance "fantastic, magnificent, spellbindingly beautiful..." Hockenheimer Tageszeitung, 10.08.2009
